Along with learning earthworks strategies that can slow, spread and soak water for storage, soil improvement and ground infiltration, this workshop will expand your understanding of how water behaves within landscapes, teach you terminology to help you identify the contours on your land that will be most suitable for implementing a water management system as well as communicate these water management concepts more clearly and effectively between government agency officials and farmers.
